What are the most popular aesthetic treatments in Owen Sound, Grey Bruce? This is the topic we found ourselves discussing last night.
Picture this: the weather is perfect, we are seated outdoors on the patio at (in my opinion) one of the best restaurants in the Beaver Valley, Heart’s Tavern. The menu, service & overall vibes are the perfect backdrop. The tavern salad, smash burger, steak & lemon posset are inimitable. Nestled right near Talisman ski resort, this gem of a location is one of the only restaurants that we regularly return to.

We had a great time talking about the most popular aesthetic and cosmetic treatments at our Medical Spa and Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Owen Sound. Remember, our patients come from a large geographical region that extends from laterally from Kincardine through Port Elgin, Southampton, Owen Sound, Thornbury, Collingwood and Wasaga Beach. North to South we have people who have driven up regularly from as far as Shelburne and down from the tip of the Peninsula. This leaves us with a pretty large sample size to discuss.

At the end of the day, we know what our Facial Plastics Surgeon Dr. Rassouli likes best, as well as what our Registered Nurse Injectors and Nurse Practitioner Injector like best – but what have our patients been preferring these days?
The top treatments at our clinic lately have been 1- Dermal Fillers, 2- Botox/Neuromodulation and 3- Cosmetic Surgery.
To the trained eye, this makes total sense given the time of year. There are less energy based device treatments (such as laser hair removal, laser resurfacing and IPL for example) in the sunny summer months when people might not want to be diligent about staying out of the sun (our summer is so short!). Ask us what are the most popular aesthetic or cosmetic treatments in the winter and we might have a different answer (although cosmetic injectables always seem to be on that list – and for good reason! We are known for our natural outcomes and natural results with filler and Botox. Our highly skilled team always ensure a natural look).
We are not surprised that Cosmetic Surgery is on that list. Our bustling Cosmetic Surgery practice is scheduling Blepharoplasty (eyelid reduction surgery) into February 2024 right now and there are three Facelift consultations next week alone!
